Pavitra has been learning BharatNatyam for the past 14+ years under the tutelage of Smt. Madhusri Sethuraman. She completed her arangetram in 2017 and has since performed across the US and in various sabhas as part of Chennai's December Season. She has received various awards such as the "Saptami Fellow", Dance Council of North Texas award.
